Appearance: Mathews only outstanding feature, is his complete lack of outstanding features. He's 177 cm of height. Dark blond hair and violet eyes. His hair has a choppy haircut and is somewhat curly.
Personality:
Mathew is in contrast to his twin brother, Alfred. Really calm and somewhat shy. Especially in large crowds he tends to be overruled very easilly. However if you put effort in getting to know him he has a really nice personality. He really dislikes fighting and harsh people.
Mathew has always thought his parents divorce was his fault, ever since he's been really scared of speaking up. Afraid he'd upset people or bother them more than neccesairy.This really adds up to his quiet nature.
Somehow it's always the quiet ones that get picked on in a school, Matthew is really afraid to speak up because each time he did others reacted badly to him.
All of this hasn't made him bitter tough. He just really hopes someone will ever care to see into his little world, someone who'd see him and like him for who he is.

Fears:
He's afraid of large crowds and often worries a lot about the problems of the world. If he could he'd give money to each charity he knew of. Especially those focussed on animals. The thought of nature would be destroyed often keeps him awake at night.
Having to get along with people he doesn't know / meeting new people.
History:
Mathew has a twin brother, Alfred, even tough they grew up together they are currently living appart. Even tough he complains a lot about his brother he really misses him.
His brother still lives with his father, but after their mothers passing Mathew has been taking care of himself. His dad had wanted to keep his mothers passing silent for Alfred. He often visits Mathew to see of he's alright, but he's a very mature boy and older than Alfred so he manages. He gets money from jugling several jobs in adition to money he recieves from their dad. He get's lonely often but his studies and jobs take up a lot of time so he barely has time for his feelings. Mathew studies zoology in Canada with a hockey scholarship. He really wanted a nice summer trip tough, away from all the stress and lonelyness and signed himself in for a summer camp. He also saw it as a chance to get over his fear of being in a place where he doesn't know anyone.
He would meet up with his brother again who he misses a lot, and maybe even meet a special person to care for him.

Dear journal,
Today I arrived at camp fox. I don't think anyone has noticed me yet. I don't mind tough...It's beautifull here! There are huge fishes in the lake. I believe one touched my foot when I took a swim. It was scary. It's strange I've obsered orka's from a small rubber boat but now I got scared of the idea of swimming with big fishies. Shouldn't have watched walking with dinosours last night. The episode with the leopleurodon. You know the big water dinosaur...
Gotta stop writing now it's almost dinner time!

Roleplay Sample:
Mathew scuried out of the dressing booth. For one moment he worried that everyone would stare at him and laugh at him because of his lame excuse for swiming trunks. They were yellow, yellow of all colors! And way to short... He felt so exposed. However, no one seemed to pay him special attention. That was until he spotted it. It was love at first sight. He had to have it! Strangely hyper he ran towards the inflatable banana boat and took it to the water. "I'm king of the banana boat!" He exclaimed laughing happy. He used to do this at home in Canada as well.
As he padled further into the lake he saw a shadow pass under him. Suddenly he had to think again about the big fishes and sea monsters he wrote about in his yournal earlier. He tried to be brave and just paddle on but then gulped and quickly pulled his legs up on the boat. He felt so stupid, his heart was pounding in his throat.
"P-please don't bite my legs of, I need them for hockey."
He mumbled to the monster.
To his great despair the shadow came closer and the very next moment the banana boat dangerously shook and he fell into the lake screaming like a girl.
Panicking he tried to climb back on again only to see Lars laughing his ass of.
